An Old Friend
--------------------
A rush of joy,
sprouts all about-
Destroying depression,
-so sweet-

I see it now,
the day I lost depression,
such a sorrowful day,
to lose such a friend.

As disappointing as this-
all of a sudden-
the smile trinkled back,
to my sweet face.

So old a friend gone,
it hurth with such glory,
but to win joy back
clotted that feeling.

For at least an hour-
nothing better to do
I look to this World
so sad an order.

I look to this World,
I notice the chaos,
I notice the danger,
and wish back that same old friend.

A day or two later
or even an hour,
my old friend comes
and comforts once again.
